Cliff worked as a barber in Bob King's barber shop in Petersburg, Indiana.
He later purchased a men's clothing store from Glen Robertson and went into business with "Cliff's Clothes for Men and Boys on Main Street in Petersburg.
In the mid-70's the family moved to Ohio where he worked for as a realtor, owned a "Bressler's 33 Flavors Ice Cream Shop,and later worked for Champion Paper Mill until he retired.
Cliff's greaterst joy were his grandkids and great grandkids. He was a skilled carpenter who often refurbished the houses he and Judy bought and later in life helped his grandson Cody with his first home. Cliff passed away of cancer before Logan married.
